Fees & Booking
From the first day of the Spring Term (9th January 2025), the school is obliged to add VAT at 20% to our fees.

Current students
All fees for classes must be paid in full when rebooking. Please note that an additional fee of £2.00 is charged for any booking which is transferred to an alternative course. This fee is paid by our booking system and is non-refundable.
New students
A deposit of £31 per subject when booking is required. A booking fee of £1.00 applies during online registration and is non-refundable. Please note that an additional fee of £1.00 is charged for any booking which is transferred to an alternative course.
Refund of deposit
If you are unable to accept a place when offered, your £30 deposit will be refunded.
Refunds once I accept a place
Once you have accepted a place when offered, your £30 deposit becomes non-refundable. Refunds of fees minus the deposit for any cancelled bookings will only be made on request during the first three weeks of the term, after which time no refunds are made.
Childcare vouchers
You must pay the deposit using a credit or debit card. The remainder of the balance can be paid with Childcare vouchers. If you wish, we are happy to refund the deposit back to your card once we receive full childcare payment.
